QWEPORN respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), specifically Section 512(c)(3).
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To report claimed copyright infringement on QWEPORN, you must send a written notification to our Designated DMCA Agent containing all of the following information. Incomplete notices may delay or prevent processing.
- Identification of the copyright owner: Identify yourself as either the owner of the copyrighted work(s) or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner. Include a physical or electronic signature.
- Description of the copyrighted work: Clearly describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list of the works.
- Location of the infringing material: Provide the exact URLs on QWEPORN where the infringing material appears (e.g., https://www.qweporn.com/vid/145/example-video/).Do not attach images, PDFs, or other files. List all URLs directly in the body of your email for fastest processing.
- Your contact information: Provide your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. If you are acting on behalf of the copyright owner, also explain your relationship (e.g., attorney, agent, vendor).
- Good faith statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement: Include the following statement:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
Language requirement: All DMCA notices must be written in English. Notices in other languages will not be processed.

Important Notes
- Failure to include all required information may result in delays or inability to process your request.
- Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We do not automatically send confirmation of takedown actions to the reporter.
